House Rules

• A client is deemed to have accepted these rules before placing a bet with Linewiz sports.
• Linewiz sportsbook and Casino is fully licensed and authorized to operate on the Internet. To ensure complete legality, all transactions and wagers will be considered as originating from and governed by the laws of Cyprus.
• All persons must be of at least 18 years of age 21 in some states to use the services offered by Linewiz entertainment and its website.
• Internet Casino gambling may be unlawful in some jurisdictions.  Any persons using their credit card should check whether internet gambling is lawful under applicable law.
• When using credit cards, it is the Cardholders responsibility to know the laws concerning online gambling in his/her country of domicile.
• For all credit card transactions, it is recommended by Linewiz that a cardholder retains a copy of transaction records as well as retains a copy of the policies and rules of Linewiz.
• Account balances and wagers must be in U.S. dollars.
• Linewiz sports reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager prior to its acceptance.
• Linewiz sports reserves the right to "Add, delete or change" house wagering rules or pay off odds at anytime without prior notice.
• All clients will be issued an account number and wagering telephone numbers upon the approval of funds.
  Linewiz sports are not responsible for clients who disclose account information to other parties.
• Members are solely responsible for their account transactions and should keep all account information confidential. The member is solely responsible for any unauthorized use of the account.
• BAD LINE RULE - Linewiz Sports will not accept wagers on events posted with obvious or gross line errors. Management also reserves the right to cancel any wager made on an obvious” bad" line whether due to software or human error.
• "READ BACK IS FINAL" when the sports consultant reads back the wager and says "If all of the plays just stated are correct, please state your PIN and Password". It is the customer's responsibility to correct any errors during the read back. Once the plays are confirmed they are final. In the event that the customer does not hear the read back due to technical difficulties, it is the customer's responsibility to call back immediately to confirm the plays. Otherwise the wagers are at management decisions.
• All phone calls will be recorded. The taped recording of the transactions shall be the final determination of all disputes and accounts will be adjusted accordingly.
• Clerks will verify all account balances on your first call of the day, all discrepancies will be settled immediately or after review of taped recorded message.
• Members cannot wager more money than is available in their account.
• Minimum wager on a call is $25.00 and $ 2.00 on via internet.
• Each member is allowed one (1) account and only that person can access that account.
• Member's winnings will not be reported to any government agency. It is the sole responsibility of each individual to report income for tax purposes.
• In order to be considered a final the game must go:
• Football- ( College-Pro) 55 min. of play
  Basketball- ( Pro) 43 min. of play
  Basketball -( College) 35 min. of play
  Hockey -( Pro) 55 min. of play
  Boxing -( Pro-amateur) 1st round bell
  Other sports- ( W/time-limits) 5 min. of play remaining
  Baseball- ( Home Team Winning) 4 ½ innings complete
  Baseball -( Visitor Winning) 5 innings complete
  Baseball -( Total Runs-Home team winning) 8 ½ innings complete
  Baseball -( Total Runs-visitor winning) 9 innings complete
• Lacrosse -All games must go the full 60 minutes (plus overtime if necessary) for action
• When wagering on totals, overtime periods are included in the final score, except in soccer.
• In the case of a sporting event being cancelled, rescheduled or postponed all wagers will constitute "No action".
• When wagering on half-time lines, the over-time period(s) are included as a part of the second half.
• Las Vegas Rules apply to any wager or discrepancy not covered by the rules and regulations herein.
• In the event of a pitcher change in MLB, it will constitute no action on totals and money lines regardless if wagered online, or on call.
• Note: Linewiz is intended for recreational players only, Linewiz does not take wise guy players if your account shows that you are a WISEGUYS or making WISEGUYS plays your account will be terminated, all of your bonuses will be revoked and your initial deposit will be refunded back to your account despite how long you have had an account with Linewiz for.
• Note: When wagering in the racebook, Wagers are accepted until post time. If a wager is made after the race has begun, all tickets will be VOIDED win, or loss.

Online Wagers: In the event of a claim for a wager taken online, the customer MUST provide the ticket number; witch is displayed when the wagers are confirmed. Any claim must be filled with this information, so we strongly suggest you print out a copy of the ticket wager for every online bet. No claims would be accepted without ticket number.
